Our guests will have full access to the home during their stay, including the garage. However, please note that only 1 car can park in the garage as it is currently being used for storage. The laundry room has a washer (some detergent available) and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced and features a propane grill, lawn chairs, a porch, and a pet waste receptacle with baggies for convenient disposal.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm out of respect for our neighbors.

Guests may park only one vehicle in the garage as it is currently being used for storage.
The laundry room washer or dryer is available for use, please remove any lint from the dryer before/after each use and leave the room as you found it.
Guests are allowed to use the fully-fenced backyard, seating, propane grill (please let us know if the propane runs out), and pet waste receptacle to make it convenient to pick up after your pet.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The host will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items.
